Regional Flatbed Drivers

Regional flatbed drivers start at $1,500 weekly guaranteed salary plus $227 weekly safety bonuses and quarterly loyalty bonuses. Annual salary up to $90,000+ in 1^st year.

Local Flatbed Drivers

Local flatbed drivers start at $1346 weekly guaranteed salary plus $100 weekly safety bonus and quarterly loyalty bonuses. Annual salary up to $75,000 in 1^st year.

Requirements

Hill Transportations requires at least one year of CDL-A tractor-trailer experience with six months of flatbed experience preferred.

Additional Bonus Opportunities

A $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for both local and regional drivers. In addition, an Quarterly Loyalty Bonuses that total $1000 in 1^st year, $2000 in 2^nd year, $3000 in 3^rd year, $4000 in 4^th year, and $5000 every year after.

Technology

Hill Transportation Services integrates advanced technology to enhance driver experiences, employing Qualcomm for electronic logging and Samsara as the driver app. These tools streamline navigation, ensure compliance, and offer real-time communication, underscoring our dedication to safety and efficiency.

Regional and Local Van/Reefer Positions

Regional Van/Reefer drivers start at 60 CPM plus weekly 5 CPM safety/performance bonus plus $2000 Sign-On Bonus. Local positions available in some areas.
